To make sure you have the right size, measure your wrist with a tape measure or our own printable tape which you will find on the Size Guide page . Check that it fits well and that there is no room to put your finger through it.
As our bracelets are made to order, it takes us a short time to make them. However, we can guarantee delivery within 2 days maximum for sending your order (excluding weekends and public holidays). It will then be necessary to add the delivery time of the post office, which is 48 to 72 hours.
We do our best to ensure that you receive your orders as quickly as possible throughout the world... We generally deliver within 48 to 72 hours after receipt of the order.
We ship well worldwide. Allow 48 to 72 hours for delivery in France and between 3 to 8 days for the rest of the world.
All of our bracelets are mixed. It all depends on individual tastes.
All our bracelets are water resistant, but in the interest of long-term durability, we do not recommend contact with water for the "Original" or "Leather" bracelets because they are made of leather elements.

Proceed to the “ORDER” page where you will need to fill in your details, choose the delivery method of your choice and finalize the order. Be sure to complete all steps of the payment process to ensure the transaction is completed correctly.
We have chosen to allow you to place an order without having to create an account first. It's simpler and above all faster for you. You will receive an email indicating the tracking of your order, you can access it at any time.
Yes indeed it is possible, you just need to leave us a comment when placing the order, just before making the payment. The gift wrapping request is completely free. You can also leave a little note for the lucky person.
After purchase:
When you place an order and have completed the payment process, you should normally receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. It is therefore important to indicate a correct email address (remember to check your spam folder).
We are unable to make any changes after you have received the order shipment confirmation email. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us.
It's simple, once your order is sent, you will receive a code by email that will allow you to track your order in real time.
If you made the wrong size when purchasing (wrist size), don't panic. You have 12 hours to notify us of a possible modification, after this period a change becomes impossible because we will have started making the bracelet.
Steps to follow :
– Send us an email to this address: contact@patricehills.com , containing your last name, first name and your telephone number (this will allow us to contact you if we have additional information).
– Clearly explain the problem to us and what you want to change.
– We will then come back to you to clarify the situation by email.
Again, not a problem. We offer a very large number of different sizes so that the bracelet fits as closely as possible to your wrist size. However, it may happen that the size chosen is not the correct one. You then have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us of this problem.
The steps to follow:
– Notify us by email, providing your contact details and order number
– Return the item in question to us in its original condition – Once we have received the item we will come back to you to resolve the problem.
If the delivery times have not yet passed, be patient, your order will arrive. However, if the deadline has passed and you still have not received anything, send us an email via the contact page providing your order number and your personal contact details. We will then contact La Poste and get back to you quickly to resolve the problem.
